1. Information we collect
To run the Umrah Lucky Draw we collect the information you give us:
- CNIC copies dropped in the lucky draw box at our Mehfil in Hafizabad, including the name, guardian name, CNIC number, date of birth and address printed on them.
- Travel documents from selected applicants, such as passport details, photographs, biometrics and medical test results, needed to arrange the Umrah.
- Messages you send us through the contact form or by email, including your name, email address and phone number if you choose to provide them.
2. How we use your information
- To scan and audit every entry, and to check eligibility: age, one copy per person, one member per family, and no previous Al-Nasir Umrah.
- To contact selected applicants and arrange visa, travel and accommodation for the sponsored Umrah.
- To reply to your questions and keep a record of our correspondence.
We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
3. The published list of selected applicants
To keep the draw transparent, we publish the name, guardian name, address and status (Selected or Progress) of selected applicants on this website, and the list can be downloaded as a PDF. We never publish CNIC numbers, photographs or travel documents. If you are on the list and want your entry changed, please contact us.
4. Sharing
We share an applicant's information only where it is needed to arrange their Umrah, for example with visa authorities, airlines, travel agents and hotels, or where the law requires it.
5. Storage & security
Paper CNIC copies and scanned records are kept by our team with access limited to staff who run the draw and audit. We keep records only as long as needed to run the programme, prevent repeat entries and meet legal obligations, and then securely destroy them.
6. Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to remove it where we are not required to keep it. Removing your information may mean you can no longer take part in the draw.
7. This website
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It loads fonts from Google Fonts, an embedded Google Map, Google reCAPTCHA on the contact form (to stop spam), and scripts from public content networks, and those providers may receive your IP address when the page loads. Messages sent through the contact form are stored securely so our team can read and reply to them, and are only seen by authorised staff.
